When you need a CA, a CS, a lawyer, a doctor or a nurse

You may need one when

Your accounts need to be audited or certified.
A form asks for a signature from a practising chartered accountant or company secretary. For example, the CSR-1 form (Part B) is verified and signed by a practising CA, CS or cost accountant.
You are registering a trust, society or Section 8 company, or applying for 12A, 80G or FCRA.
You are signing a contract or an MoU, or you have a legal dispute.
